Polytex Environmental Inks (“Polytex”) delivers innovative, high-quality inks and specialty coatings to customers located worldwide.  Founded in 1943, the company earned a strong reputation in the U.S. and Europe for its technical expertise and customer service in the wall and floor covering markets.

Subsequent to its initial investment, Caltius supported Polytex’s acquisition of Daybreak Technologies, Inc. (dba DBT Coatings), a leader in formulating and producing custom UV and EB-cured coatings and adhesives.  The business combination enhances Polytex’s product portfolio and market opportunity.
